How long does delivery take?
Depending on your location, and order size, UK delivery can take anywhere from 24 hours after we confirm your order.
Can I have my tents customised?
We do offer customisation for large orders over 100 tents or more. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Can I purchase all my glamping site accessories from you?
Yes we can arrange many of the items that you will need for your tents at your Glamping site. Purchasing them all in one place will save time and a lot of hassle. You will also receive more discounts doing it this way.
What do I need to create a Trade account?
We will need your company name, address, telephone number and proof of existence, website or social media account name.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, just £250 minimum spend on all orders on your Trade account!
Do you ship trade orders globally?
Shipping can be arranged to any country in the world!
