Get the perfect fire every time with Ember & Kindle's Premium Kiln-Dried Firewood, available in your choice of wood type or a custom mix. Ideal for wood burners, open fires, fire pits, and pizza ovens, our logs are kiln-dried for maximum heat efficiency, producing clean, hot burns with less smoke.
Choose between fast-burning birch or long-burning oak, or mix both in any ratio to suit your heating needs. Each log is carefully sized for easy use, ranging from 4cm to 14cm in diameter and approximately 25cm in length—perfect for stoves and fire pits alike.
- Birch: Known for its quick ignition and high heat output, birch logs are ideal for getting your fire up to temperature fast.
- Oak: Burns longer and slower, providing steady, lasting warmth for those extended evenings by the fire.
Responsibly Sourced & Ready to Burn: Our firewood is harvested from sustainable, well-managed woodlands and certified ‘Ready to Burn,’ with a moisture content of less than 20%. This ensures a cleaner, more efficient burn without the need for further seasoning.

Shipping Information
Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. However, please note the following exceptions:
- Bank Holidays - Orders placed during bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
- Christmas & New Year - No dispatches will be made from
- December 24th to January 5th - Orders placed during this period will be processed and dispatched from January 6th
- Easter - Orders placed over the Easter holiday will be dispatched the next available working day.
Shipping Locations
We are proud to offer fast shipping from our distribution centers in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, and the surrounding areas. Our standard shipping times are as follows:
- Local & Mainland UK - Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Shipping typically takes 1-2 days, and in some cases, we can offer same-day delivery for local orders.
- Channel Islands & Remote Locations - Shipping to the Channel Islands and other remote areas may take a bit longer, with delivery typically within 3-5 days.
