Fabulous Runner Rug
I was astounded at the excellent quality of this rug. I had been expecting a thin jute woven rug but it is wonderfully thick and fills our rather cold hallway beautifully. It's warm underfoot as well which is an added bonus. All in all I'm glad I found this marvelous company who are a first class example of great customer service.

Not that great
The rug is out of shape. The end of the weave in one area is sticking out in a clump. If I put the rug clump side down, the upside of the rug is not as nice. Very disappointing.
