They can become an outdoor classroom in the morning, a sensory learning space after lunch and a calm reading or wellbeing room later in the day.

Every education setting is different, so we offer two different routes — a fitted canvas learning lodge or a longer-life insulated garden learning lodge.

What are the two outdoor classroom options?
Choose the Canvas Learning Lodge or the more substantial Insulated Learning Lodge with insulated construction and real glazing.
Can the Canvas Learning Lodge stay up all year?
It is designed to remain installed throughout the year when correctly specified, installed and maintained. Suitability depends on the individual site and exposure.
How long will each option last?
Our indicative expectation is around five years for the Canvas Learning Lodge and around fifteen years for the Insulated Learning Lodge. Actual lifespan varies.
Does an outdoor classroom need planning permission?
Requirements vary by site, location, structure and use. Schools and nurseries should check their specific project with the relevant authority and professional advisers.
Can the lodge include heating, a toilet or sink?
The Insulated Learning Lodge can be specified with underfloor heating, WC facilities, sinks, water facilities and kitchenette options.
Do you install the classroom?
Yes. Installation packages can include the structure, base, delivery and setup depending on the project.
Can you supply several locations?
Yes. Multi-unit and multi-site quotations are available for nursery groups and academy trusts.
How long does delivery take?
These structures are made to order. Production and installation timelines are confirmed as part of the quotation.
